1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 10 days of the delivery date.
Returns are accepted only if:
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
There is a valid reason for return (e.g., wrong product delivered or damage during transit).

Please note that we do not offer any monetary refunds at this time.

Used or washed products.
Items not in original packaging.
Custom or special-order items (if specified at the time of purchase).
